Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 3-6 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Ryan + Rayden is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or addresses. It is the customers responsibility to include correct shipping information. We will do our best to contact you if a problem with an address occurs.

Ryan + Rayden  does not take responsibility for packages that are delayed, misdirected, or lost due to an inaccurate shipping address. We take every step to ensure that your orders are delivered safely, but we take no responsibilities for lost packages by USPS or theft when the tracking indicates delivered. 


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.


And we're super efficient - Your order will be prepared and shipped very quickly after it's placed! Once your order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to change it. Be sure to double check your order confirmation details to make sure everything is as intended before you submit it.


We will happily replace your purchased items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please let us know immediately if you need to exchange your item, email us at


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Sale items, Discounted items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase


If the product is defective, damaged please email us immediately at for return instruction. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, all refund will be in store credit, you should receive an email with the instruction within 3-5 days. 

You are responsible for the postage cost. We recommend adding insurance for your return as we cannot guarantee the delivery of your return. 

Please note, our wood products need to be taken care of which is your responsibility. We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products that have not followed our care instructions.
